Careers
At Johnsons we understand that the key to business success is our people.
That’s precisely why we invest heavily in the training and development of our Branch Team members.
Our dedicated and highly-qualified Skills Trainers will provide you with structured guidance to equip you with the skills to become a competent Dry Cleaner. You will also be supported to achieve a nationally-recognised qualification - the NVQ in Dry Cleaning Operations, within the first year of your employment with Johnsons.
If you join us as a Trainee Branch Manager you will enjoy a comprehensive induction programme, specifically aimed at providing you with the skills to manage your first branch within three months.
And that’s not all. If you are keen to further your career with us, a personal development plan will be designed which may include participation on our Advanced Management Development programme.
For further information about the training we offer, contact our Head of Training, Gill Potter, on: 0151 481 5470.
