How It Works
Online orders will be collected and delivered to your home or workplace by our courier partner. Simply complete the online order form, select your collection date and pay securely online.
Print off the order summary and place with the dress inside a polythene bag ready for collection. The courier will collect the dress and place it within a special container to protect it during transportation. Please do not send in your wedding dress garment bag as we will be unable to send this back to you.
After your dress has been cleaned and packaged by the expert team at our Specialist Centre, you will be contacted and asked to select the date for the return of your dress.
Collection and Delivery
Collections and deliveries are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. A standard Collection & Delivery charge of £10.00 will be added to your order.
Please note: Collection & Delivery is only available for the online boxed presentation service. If you would like the cleaning only service you can visit any branch of Johnson Cleaners.
Our standard service time is three weeks, however over the Christmas period this will increase to 5 weeks as we close over Christmas and New Year, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This is to give your dress the time and attention required for such a special item. However if you do need it sooner, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your date.
If at the time the dress is inspected, it is found that the dress does not match the order details you have provided the service time will increase.
Dresses are automatically insured for loss and damage whilst in transit. While dresses are not insured against damage where the cleaning process is found to be at fault, in the rare event of any problem occurring compensation will be paid according to industry guidelines. These are based on the value of the dress as supplied by you in the order form, and depreciated according to the guidelines as supplied by the Textile Services Association.
Tracking your Order
Once you have placed an order you can track its progress at any time by simply logging into the Johnsons Bridal website.
