Given the current COVID-19 health crisis, the number one priority for our business is the wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and their families. With this in mind, we are following the latest government advice closely. It is possible that in the coming days and weeks, the government will announce stricter quarantine measures and we would hate for you to be without your valued items. Therefore we have made the decision to suspend our online cleaning service with immediate effect.

Please keep an eye on the website as we will keep it updated with when we are able to re-start normal services again.

How should I package my garments for collection? View

Once you have completed your order please print off your order summary and place with your items inside a polythene bag ready for collection. The courier will collect your items and place them within a special container to protect them during transportation.

Who will be collecting / delivering my order? View

Our trusted courier partner Interlink will be collecting and delivering your order. Collections and deliveries are available Monday-Friday, from 9am to 6pm. The courier will collect your items and place them within a special container to protect them during transportation. You can also select your workplace address for added convenience. Please note that we will deliver clean items back to the collection address you have provided.

How will you clean my items? View

All dry-clean items will be treated using GreenEarth®, an environmentally non-toxic dry cleaning solution which is gentler on fabrics. GreenEarth® is proven to clean as effectively as harsher chemical solutions, but protects against the risk of wear, shrinkage and colour fade.

How long does the service take? View

Many items can be cleaned and returned to you within a week of the collection date. Specialist items, such as leather products, usually take two weeks to be cleaned and returned. However, service times may vary depending on the complexity and requirements of the garment. The estimated delivery date is clearly shown on the order summary page. We will always deliver your complete order back together, so estimated delivery date will be based on the items with the longest cleaning time.

Please note bank holidays may slightly delay service times.

Where will my items be cleaned? View

All online orders are cared for at the Johnson Cleaners Specialist Centre; a dedicated 24,000 square foot facility in Rugby. The epitome of excellence in garment and textile care, the centre combines a highly experienced team with the most advanced cleaning technology available.

How will my items be delivered back to me? View

Items of clothing will be packaged in our specifically designed garment boxes. They will be put on hangers, covered in polyrobe and placed in our garment box. The garment box is designed to keep your items in place during transit so they delivered back to you looking freshly pressed. Larger items will be returned in a large cardboard box that is suitable for transportation. Your items will always be delivered together and we will do everything we can to minimise the number of parcels used.
