How much does a load of laundry cost?
A small wash (8kg) costs just £5.50, while a large wash (20kg) costs £11.
The tumble dryer is £3.50 for a 15-minute cycle.
We accept Visa and Mastercard Cards, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPass and Visa PayWave.
Unfortunately, you cannot pay for your laundry with cash.
What is a self-service launderette?
Our self-service launderettes include a selection of quick and easy-to-use, self-service washing machines and dryers. Simply bring your laundry to the washing machines, pay for your wash and collect your clothes once they’re done.

Can I pay for my washing with my phone?
Yes, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, alongside other contactless payment types.
Do I need to add my own laundry detergent?
No, all of our machines have automatically dosed detergent that removes stains at 30 degrees.
How long does it take to wash and dry my clothes?
Our fastest wash and dry setting takes less than 1 hour.
Do you have machines that I can use to wash my duvet?
Yes, our 20kg machine is large enough to wash 3-4 single duvets, 2 king duvets or 1 super king duvet.
Are the self-service laundry machines energy efficient?
Yes. High-spin extraction reduces the necessary drying time and our detergent optimises wash efficiency.
What if a washing machine breaks down?
Each machine has a helpline that can be reached by ringing the phone number on the side of the launderette. Machines are monitored in real time and supported by a national engineering team for rapid response.
Can I wash delicates in the washing machine?
Yes, we recommend washing delicates at 30 degrees and using specialist delicates bags. Please follow all washing instructions on the garment.
Do I have to separate my clothing colours?
We always recommend washing lights and darks separately, particularly if washing at a high temperature.
