Johnson Cleaners are always looking for new colleagues who have great personalities, enjoy engaging with our customers, and have enthusiasm and ambition. Prior experience with dry cleaning or garment care may be helpful but not required; Johnson's personality is much more important.

We have a comprehensive training package to help you fulfil your potential and get as far as you can within the business.

We look for colleagues to become fully multi-skilled and there is a clear progression path from branch colleague through to branch manager, mobile manager, Area Development Manager to Area Manager, with various specialist routes available from time to time.

Training and Development

We invest continually in the training and development of all our colleagues, from a full Orientation Day with your mentor on your first day with us onwards. We have a dedicated team of qualified trainers and assessors throughout the country, and a suite of qualifications that are directly linked with bonus earnings. Every aspect of learning is backed up by a Training Guide (a Manual) that explains in largely picture format how to do each practical task. Your branch colleagues and area teams will be there to mentor you at every stage of your learning and development, and your certificate of achievement will be proudly on display in full view of the customers you will be amazing each day.
